At Skall Studio ENG, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of receipt, provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Log into our online portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the package is securely sealed for transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
